Ksylatarsh Posted September 19, 2019 Share Posted September 19, 2019 I believe i've found a way to downgrade, what i did was to manually move GTA SA from Program Files to another folder, then uninstalled RGL and pasted a cracked version of gta_sa.exe, it worked and somehow downgraded to 1.0 and allowed mods, CLEO and other stuff + it fixed the mouse/camera problem for me...
