Cookin' with Cripps

With the addition of the Stew Pot we have new cooking recipes. The best recipes are the Superior Quality Stew and Cripps special of the day. Both yield Gold IV cores (1 day for Superior, 3 days for Cripps) and will last at the camp for 3 games days.  Now Cripps recipes claim to be limited time, so let's get a log of them. Which ones have you found so far?

i only cook the superior stew. kill some crocs (eas and fast kills) and big game meet lasts for a long time

That's what I've been doing as well, but I find the extra recipes to be fun.

now that i can pick herbs on my horse i might try more recipes too. i was just to lazy to go off my horse to collect herbs haha

I love when I make the stew, eat it, then disconnect. Then when I log back on my cores are white and the stew is back to the base stew but the ingredients are gone. Thanks R*

How long do the stew effects last after you cook them? Can you stow them, or do they have to be eaten at camp?

I just assumed the ones that were there by default were the only ones.

You get trader role experience for the top recipe. I think its around 200-300xp. But its been a while since I paid attention to that. It only applies to the first golden recipe.

Any word on how this affects weight? Three days of gold cores sounds pretty appealing but I worry I'd forget to keep my bulk up...

Exactly ..... the daily camp and stable fees are deducted according to play time if you log off 5 minutes before deduction it will be deducted 5 minutes into your next session. So they could make this work

I Havnt used it myself but read that it was 300xp and if you switch server you can then cook it again and get another 300xp...

The Stewpot is level 1 I believe...
Also this is just hunting. Do it at your own pace, there are no phone calls to hurry you along.

Plus the Hunting Wagon is great. Holds 10 Small/5 Medium carcasses plus 50 pelts. It works with the Butcher and it saves your stuff regardless of session changes, disconnects or you changed games. 
I think the best way to play these roles is to combine them all together in the slow meander across the map going from one activity to the next.
For example:
You load up the game and you are next to a Stranger. Bust out their mission and you come across a perfect Cougar, so you throw it in your Hunting Wagon. You notice you need ammo so you head into town, and while you are there you grab a Bounty. On grabbing that bounty you find a couple collectibles off the guys so you hold on to them until you get the set. After you turn in the bounty you see smoke on the horizon and it's a bandit camp. You clear that out. On your way out you spot a Perfect Buck so you stalk it and find a couple collectible plants. It's now about dark so you take your perfect Buck to camp and grab a bowl of stew to fill your cores and you notices Cripps needs some supplies. So you run one of his those missions and during it you get Materials, Supplies, and you find some more collectibles. And so on and so on and so on.

This sounds like a perfect session. This is how I roll. Just going from stuff to stuff, doing whats next to me. Maybe a bit more aimed at times. But most definitely what I like to do these days.

Collector is the least grindy role. Once you have the Metal Detector this is just insane how much cash you can make. I recommand you really to level up this role. its worth the most of all the Roles.

well they're all pretty gindy in the end but at least the other two roles have a bit of action. it just looks so tedious to me, all that running and digging. and i already have plenty of cash with nothing i want to buy. also the unlocks don't seem that interesting. i mean letting your horse pick up herbs is fine, but i'm already discarding herbs everytime to complete daily objectives because i'm so stocked up on them from levelling up...

yeah, i'm combining bounty hunter and trader (which i already completed). just dreading the collector grind so much that i wont spend my hard earned gold on it.
