No idea why but I am OBSESSED with this show with Loni Anderson Christine Baskets & Zac Galifianakis as Dale & Chip Baskets where Chip is a french trained cloone and Dale is the Dean and Top Student of his own career college and while Chip bounces around trying to find his way in the clown world including at a rodeo that ends of getting shut down until Christine decides to buy and reopen the rodeo and wants to run it as a Family the show ran for 4 seasons ending the series on August 22nd 2019

 

Baskets is an American comedy-drama television series that premiered on January 21, 2016 on FX.

 

The series was co-created by Louis C.K., Zach Galifianakis and Jonathan Krisel; Krisel is also the showrunner and director. Galifianakis stars in the dual lead role as Chip Baskets, a failed professional clown in Paris, who instead becomes a local rodeo clown in Bakersfield, California, and his twin brother Dale Baskets. Galifianakis, C.K., M. Blair Breard, Dave Becky, Marc Gurvitz and Andrea Pett-Joseph serve as executive producers, with FX Productions as the production company.

 

In 2017 C.K.'s production company Pig Newton had all ties to the show and FX cut after C.K. admitted to sexual misconduct with five women.

 

On May 24, 2018, FX renewed the show for a fourth and final season, which premiered on June 13 and the finale was a month later on August 22nd

 

If you have FX Now you can check out the series there and for those who don't have FX or FX Now but do have Hulu you can watch all four seasons on Hulu with no extra channels needed

 

Season four was very anti-climatic for me and left everything hanging as if the show was just dropped in the middle of filming season four and they just aired what they had as it left a lot of plot points and characters such as Martha, Clip & Dale suspended in thin air while Christine moving to Denver made sense as she's married to Ken who lives in Denver but still
