ALRIGHT I FIGURED OUT I THINK, in orden to work without crashes or glitches, literally had to DISABLE ALL GTA IV MAP FILES LIKE:

 

DISABLE_FILE platform:/DATA/MAPS/EAST/BROOK_S.IPL
DISABLE_FILE platformimg:/data/maps/east/brook_s

 

however, doing this, you're literally deleting the map and since TLAD and TBOGT map work as a extension of the Original map of GTA IV, it would be a big problem, but don't get scared, if you copy and replace GTA IV Map Files Mod and put it in TLAD and TBoGT, the map will be created again and without any problems, but don't recommend you to do that in this version, since there's some difference in IMG files, like Bowl Interior and Brucie House interior, in the Future i will create a another part especialized only in DLC version

and check out the game if Johnny's Phone is Fixed

This hasn't really changed anything about Johnny phone, but doors at Hercules and Bahama Mamas disappeared.

But I took a look at images.txt and added pc/data/maps/props/E1_xref and... ta daaa

the reason of why it crashes the game when loaded E1_Xref or E2_Xref is because there was an existing XREF in GTA IV Mod, however, if you try loading that instead of E1_Xref, it will happen glitches such as johnny's phone, so, to fix that i had to disable GTA IV XREF.ide and img and preventing the game for loading a exactly same file and crashes

 

PD: you forgot to add the new lines that helped to load E1_XREF in TLaD Content Commentary

I don't understand this, but when I added these lines, TLAD started to crash in first mission after riding for a short distance. :D

 

I restored my previous content.dat and it's all good again. I won't be making any changes to it, unless something screws up again.

it crashes because you didn't have loaded xref in images.img, in my game works perfectly

To TLAD content.dat I added:

IDE pc/data/maps/props/E1_xref.ide
DISABLE_FILE platform:/DATA/MAPS/PROPS/new_props/xref.IDE
DISABLE_FILE platformimg:/data/maps/props/new_props/xref

 

To TLAD Image.txt I added:

pc/data/maps/east/bronx_w
pc/data/maps/props/E1_xref
pc/data/maps/interiors/Int_1

 

Game crashes when I try to cross this intersection:

Grand-Theft-Auto-4-Screenshot-2020-08-16

 

So I was thinking, maybe you could share your files, since you're telling you have no problems? Maybe I messed something up here.

TLAD is going fine with me, but i'm having problem with TBoGT, it crashes in the loading screen after load GTA IV first, idk if this is a problem with DLC files or EFLC Radio Station Mod

So maybe try my content.dat. I've just checked - loaded IV first, then switched to TBoGT. Game loaded with no problems.

alright i figured out, it seems that if GTA IV is loaded before, TBoGT will crash because of GTA IV Map Files, so, in orden to not Crash, i have to Disable all GTA IV Map Files and import complete Map files to TBoGT map (you know, TBoGT map is just an Extension of Original Map)

but TLAD seems to work fine

LMAO HOW I'M SOOO DUUUUMB, i have the best easy solution for the DLC part, just use the GTA IV Map Part in TLaD and TBoGT and only use DLC Map files if they are important or different of gta iv such as Brucie house, bowl, crane destroyed, Props and stuffs

also, don't ask me how i did it, but i managed to make the tollbooth static

YES, since there's a couple of update that i'm working out, aside of make this mod work with DLC and it will be present in GTA IV, EFLC and DLC, the DLC is an Alternative version of EFLC, so, you don't need EFLC part for the DLC part, only GTA IV parts

there will an 2 more Optional Part:

 

  • for TLAD, i'm gonna put IV Combat Shotgun for TLAD, in case you want a more precisely crossover between GTA IV and TLaD

 

  • For GTA IV, i'm gonna put the old GTA IV Water Container as part of the principal mod, so for optional i'm gonna let you guys decide if you still want those TBoGT Platform in GTA IV, however, you can't exchange those two in middle of the game or is more probably that happen Glitches with the Savegames

news: i ended made the game work with DLC and The Complete Edition without crashes until now, now i have to play GTA IV, TLAD and TBoGT before release

GTA IV also had some minor change, so it's probably that your samegame wouldn't be compatible

i must do, because i have a limit GB download, so if i do release a separate version, it won't work, besides, i had to fix many glitch and counting you'll need the last release for DLC to work

Big Update (all parts):

 

thanks to a mod called: "PC Quality Update made by @nkjellman i realize that TBoGT really downgrade the graphics texture, kinda funny because people considerate TBoGT as a game with "Better Looks" so, not only i fixed that in TBoGT but in TLAD and GTA IV as well, all the lower textures now looks as good as GTA IV, also i changed the lights in rotterdam tower, now it have the same colors as GTA IV   

 

 

BUGS Founds: 0

  • Fixed Buoys Ahoy glitch, i changed the TBoGT Water Containers to IV ones, if you still like, you can still put TBoGT Water Containers as optional but i warning you, it's not recommendable change it in middle of the game 
  • Fixed Johnny's Phone Glitch, now Johnny will have his old cellphone back for The Complete Edition Users
  • Tollbooth now are static and not dinamic
  • Fixed glitch Air Hockey objects disappearing in Bowls Interiors

this part allow you to play this Awesome mod in your GTA IV: The Complete Edition without Crashes or any kind of glitch, also have the Upgrade of GTA IV and EFLC here, 

 

installation: Copy and Paste like the rest of the parts, for this mod to work, you will need all GTA IV Parts (Not EFLC) however, you can install DLC part in your Retail EFLC if you want

Great to know that you fixed those issues. :)

But I found out one thing - we need an option of Rotterdam Tower's lights. Both IV & EFLC version are technically cannon, so why not? I feels weird now when I see IV's light in EFLC. So, please, make an option. Anyway, great job!

And I must remind you, that you mod still have one problem - opened EFLC interiors in IV. So, you probably need to write 'BUGS Found: 1' and get some script support.

simple for opening doors , create a script and put the door models name like : world.setdoorstate("<door model name>", Player.Character.Position.Around(100), False, 0)

Use 0 for closed 1 for open

Well, I don't friendly with coding for GTA IV, not yet. If you can do a script like this (where need to lock at least 10 interiors), it would be amazing.
