Thanks for your tip my friend I forgot to take a screenshot with sirens but I've saw the difference ingame between old and new settings and it also looks better. Blackscreen at night or overall ingame blackscreen: ENB is probably not loading. Check if you have installed ENB properly (ENB logo/watermark should appear at game startup) and check if your anti virus tool blocks ENB .dll (d3d9.dll/dax.dll) files. It could be a broken shaders folder as well. Use original shaders from the optionals folder for needed shaders. If you use patch 7&8 or EFLC you have to install iCEnhancer 3.0 Natural's shader files again included in "Main Files (Patch 7&8 and EFLC)" folder. Black screen can also be caused by different types of anti aliasing interfering with each other. For example, you got FXAA enabled in Nvidia Control Panel and use SweetFX/Reshade SMAA at the same time. In a very rare case your system could be incompatible with default ENB method. I copied over the original shader files from your download. I've excluded the entire folder from Window Defender. No AA settings in Radeon software, it's set to use application settings only. Sorry for the very late answer but if you still use this mod I have good news. It's updated now and I've added a optional Reshade preset with added instructions what to do in order to run Reshade with ENB. However you need to have patch 4 in order to do this.
