New 'meet me in town for reward' random events.

So far I've encountered two different types of event that ended with that line: a guy surrounded by predators and a girl being kidnapped on a horse by outlaws. In both of those cases, they said to 'meet them in town', just like with some events from story mode, but I never found anyone after either of those events - neither in the closest town, nor somewhere else, neither immediately, nor some time later.

 

Did you guys have any luck with those?
