RaigeGames
Since we don't know ahead of time what is in the dripfeed to make the traditional "dripfeed database" thread, I thought this thread might be useful for discussing what might await us in the dripfeed. Usual clothing items? New items such as rings, glasses and bandoliers? More horse masks? Showdown modes? Role locked items? Feel free to share your thoughts below as well as your thoughts on how long this dripfeed might last!
IamCourtney
Will there even be a dripfeed? The Outlaw Pass kinda serves the same function, no? I guess there could still be new Showdowns and whatnot coming. Tasty_Pasta and CMCSAVAGE
RaigeGames
Y'know, I didn't really think about that. I just assumed since it is a Rockstar game that it would inevitably come with a dripfeed.
Jason
This is where I think they're gonna make a f*ck up and potentially devalue a lot of the stuff we got in the Outlaw Pass. I'd be shocked if they went through that effort to make new models and then limit them to one colour option. In one of the previews for I believe the level 68 jacket we see an all black version of the Sombrero we get in the pass, but the version we get has a gold rim. Beyond that, idk. The update was surprisingly light on individual clothing pieces tbh, it's all tied up in outfits we can't pick apart. It'd be good to get some new clothing in the store. ghostsoap01, Waldbear and einjzmolf
einjzmolf
i seriously doubt "limited stock" items are going away. especially considering how expensive they've been, rockstar's using them as a money sink. now that people have more items to blow their cash on, such as wagons, dogs, lassos and metal detectors, a new expensive jacket might be more enticing to your every day run of the mill player to recoup some of their spent funds. even if some of them are variations of the outlaw pass items, those won't be cheap. they also added quite a few new sub-sections for clothing such as rings, eyewear, belts etc. that don't have any in-store items whatsoever. those could be introduced as drip feed with the wheeler rawson/outlaw pass and role items merely being an introduction for those items coming to the game. Leftover Pizza
There's still a good few pieces from the story mode trapper to dump in the game. Not sure how these be welcomed since the more flashy and shiney stuff we get from the battle pass. I'm pretty sure they'll release a next battle pass as soon as this one ended. Can't imagine a developer like Rockstar to configure battle pass by battle pass. They sure have a ton of them ready to be launched when needed. Limited stock dripfeed might still exist, because the hardest grinders need incentive to keep on grinding too. Waldbear

Pretty sure there's drip-feed content in this update, but no one will know about them unless R* release the content or someone obtain access to the game files. Rockstar do it for both GTA Online & Red Dead Online. All the new showdowns modes we got without a client side update ? Those were drip-feed content. R* even confirm it by saying: Quote Play Red Dead Online each week for even more new activities such as Legendary Bounties to pick up from Bounty Boards – each with their own sordid stories – and weekly maps with special collectible sets for Madam Nazar, plus all new bonuses, gifts and incentives coming in the weeks ahead. I personally don't see a point in this topic, no one is able to access the game files so no one is going to figure out what content is drip-feed. Like I'm pretty sure there are new showdown modes that will be drip-feed to us but we don't know their names and anything about them. As to why Rockstar drip-feed content is something I'm not sure about, from what I know developers pay money to push new title updates but that's no longer a thing, but I would assume it's because the process of pushing new title updates is a pain in the ass. You have to send it to Microsoft & Sony, if either one of them don't accept the update then you have to figure out what's wrong and try to fix it, then send it again for certification which take a couple of days for big companies but Rockstar can't wait that long to push new content for the players. Also, if they were to push a new client side update every month, then they would have to deal with the issues, there are some issues that appear in new builds that were fixed in previous builds, that's how game development work. The whole process is extremely tedious which is why R* prefer to do a single build in which all the issues with the content is dealt with and drip-feed some of the content for future events.
