Is there a way to bypass the 25 Rule

I was developing a small carvariations file that would proceduraly change vehicle colors and it worked on some vehicles however on certain vehicles the limit of color changes that would work was 20 or 25 even tho I had a text file indicating more than that. So is there a way to change that? So that 25/20 carvariation rule would be bypassed? I tried messing with vehicles.meta as well as  gameconfig files yet I could not make it to work. Is there some file that I can edit that would allow me to bypass this? Thanks!
