So now that we've the update, it becomes obvious that there isn't a real endgame once you hit that sweet level 20 in a role.

But I think we are going to see this in the future! This thread is especially created to make wishes for the EXISTING roles. What do you expect to see and/or what do you want to see?

Let me start what I hope with what we'll see:

- Bounty Hunter

Hideout clearer: you can accept bounties to clear hideouts and choose these from any nearby bountyboard.

Legendary bounties: high profile targets protected by strong, armored enemies, who aren't as easily taken out. Expect grunts with large shields, similar to CoJ Gunslinger and enemies who use dynamite. Some can be requested alive, some dead, some dead or alive.

- Trader

Legendary animals: hunt legendary animals, requested by the Butcher or Trapper

Gatherer: gather animal parts which the trapper will craft into role specific clothing items, such as beaver hats and more.

- Collector

Archeologist: dig up dinosaur bones and deliver them to the nearest shop. The quality of the bones depends on how smooth the ride went...

Camp collector: collect items throughout the world to decorate your tent with. Music players, books, paintings etc.

Sorry, posted this in entirely the wrong topic.

I will say that we need complex or high level Bounties that need to be tracked across the state not just magically appear on the radar.

Could be cool. Go to last known location and discover clues for example. I think that would make the bounty hunter more of an investigator.

Perhaps add the option to free or help bounty targets from the law? Thus make some bountyhunters the saviors of evil 🤷🏼‍♂️🤔

Rockstar confirmed legendary bounties as part of weekly events, hopefully they're a bit more balls to the wall than regular bounties.

Bounty Hunter getting access to hideout bounties would be nice though, maybe the sheriff's want all of the gang at the hideout so you go and restraint and/or kill them and they come in and you get the reward or something.

Trader's next logical step is probably getting fishing implemented into it but long term probably some type of store that becomes a passive earner when you keep it stocked. Legendary animals also make a lot of sense but I feel like legendary animals just giving more materials would be a bit meh, perhaps having some sort of Trapper style clothes crafting in before that would be better, or maybe have those two things go hand in hand.

For Collector, I really want stuff like multi-stage treasure maps, particularly the ones from SP where you have to figure out the locations, a weekly map like that would be great.  Also maybe some structured free roam content, say a new NPC that gives info on a heavily guarded stash or some tip of bandit controlled dig site or something. Collector not being combat driven is good but maybe a little bit of optional combat would be good for it.

I agree and it shouldn't even be a path to follow. We should have to talk to NPC's to get eyewitness accounts.

Maybe even hang out in bars to eavesdrop on NPC conversations for clues.

They could even put random NPCs at campsites that interact with us if we have the right supplies or alcohol on us and by trading with us they then offer information.

There could be hostile NPCs at campsites that run us off, forcing us to creep up on them and eavesdrop on their conversations.

Maybe even put a few letters in their pockets that that ultimately add to the clues leading to the big bounty.

Something similar could easily be done with the collector.

EDIT...

And I have to say I'm quite impressed with what they added so far. It has definitely rejuvenated the fun level of the online portion of this game.

So many routes instead of the three generic ones we have now. Even getting Special Bounties mailed directly to you.
