Unable to get collectors bag for free even though I have collected all cards in GTA ONLINE

Is this a glitch ? as Iv found all player cards in GTA online and when I go to see the woman to get the collectors bag it’s telling me it still costs 15 gold bars

I have the same problem..

I really want to start with the collector role now but i have no clue how safe it is that r* will refund the 15 gold bars after the purchase...

 

...but f×××, we have the right for a refund, doesn't matter when?! It's not that they communicate a 24hours wait via the newswire article

maybe make sure your account is linked to the social club, I too am not seeing it for free, I got the bounty hunter twitch thing and wagon free right away, but she still wants 15 gold

I set up the 2 step verification a few months ago with authy authentificator with no problems.

 

No that i want to log into social club, everytime i copy/paste the code ot says "wrong code"?!

If it really is 24 hours I'm glad I held off . There plenty to do with BH and trader till then . My account is linked and I got all 54 cards in gta on Friday ....so I will wait

I got my 54 cards the day the casino update dropped and its still telling me to pay so, not sure if its related.

For people that have Twitch Prime and wanted to know, it's because you have to wait 72 hours after you claim the free Twitch Prime Bounty Hunter License. You also have to play 30 mins after redeeming and complete the Red Dead Redemption 2 Intro if you haven't already.

So I declined to buy the collector's bag because I should be getting it for free, and I noticed now that there is no map marker anywhere to go back and see Miss Nazar.

I had this issue where she no longer appeared 

Apparently she moves around the map every so often, so every now and then she dissapears from the map and you have to "find" her again, even though she hasn't moved yet today

I restarted the game/PS4 a few times each, even tried logging into GTAO to make sure I definitely had all cards collected (I did) and hoping it might trigger something with RDO but nope, still wanna charge me for it...

Me:

- GTA 5 on PC

- Collected 54/54 cards long time ago (end of July or early August)

- When there was a login message in RDO about a week ago telling you of the bonuses you're eligible for, I had the messages for Twitch Prime and PS+ bonuses eligibility, so free Trader/Bounty Hunter roles

- 15 gold bars price today

 

My wife:

- GTA 5 on PS4

- Collected 54/54 cards the day before the announcement about the promotion

- The login message instantly told her of being eligible for all 3 bonuses

- 0 gold bards price today

 

So basically, it definitely has nothing to do with 'you have to wait blah blah', it's Diamond Program all over again - some people are fine, others are screwed for some unknown reason. I wonder if only those who play GTA5 on PC are screwed.

Hang up though, my collectors bag was free and I didn’t bother with any of the GTA cards, so that’s weird...

 

But I never got my free Carcano, 300 bucks, or special ammo pack so I guess it’s a draw

Just hopped on, got a message (one of those splash screen style ones) saying I can collect my free BH License and Bag... I headed to Madam Nazar, and it still is costing me 15 gold. The hell is this?

I also  found her on the map again just now, and got the same loading screen with the gtao award. But it cost still 15 gold bars to start as collector, just recently bought gold bars to get the outlawpass and the two other roles, so i think that is enough for now!

 

I hope Rockstar fix this asap, since this is the role that i want the most.

Yeah I hear ya. I spent the gold on the BH lisence since it is whatever to me... then the trader but am not gonna spend it on the collector. I submitted a ticket for a reimbursement, but they have yet to respond.

 

I have more than enough gold but would rather hold on to it and use it to purchase items for the roles that cost upwards of $500 as that is where it is best spent IMO.

This issue to get the bag for free is on Xbox, but i would guess is the same on ps4.

I logged in about an hour ago with a message on one of the loading screens saying I would get my bounty hunter license AND the collector's bag for free since I found all the cards and linked my twitch prime account, but I go to Madam Nazar and it STILL costs 15 GB....
