Terrorbyte Spawn/Delivery

After Googling and trying to search for this information, I'm still not clear on something.

 

Can I be in one location of the map and have my Terrorbyte delivered/spawned next to me?  I tried calling my mechanic and when I say I want one of my personal vehicles, it lists TERRORBYTE, but then I click on that and it lists my Oppressor Mk 2 next.  The mechanic can deliever the MK 2, but was wondering if I could get the whole Terrorbyte delivered or spawned where I am.  Is that possible, and if so, can someone walk me through how to do it?  I am a CEO and Motorcycle president if either of those help accomplish this.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

To request your TB you must bring up the  interaction menu where you activate CEO, check daily objectives, etc. Scroll til you see "services". It's in there.

you call the Terrorbyte through the services menu. What you're seeing is the garage name (your Terrorbyte) that houses the Oppressor Mk. II

You mean the Terrorbyte?

Oh it's under the 'Terrorbyte' option.

It won't spawn next to you unless you happen to be near one the spawn points, its not the same as the mechanic.
