And if you did, how were the results? Did it just change the parts you tweaked or did anything else about your character change dramatically? RyuNova Posted September 10, 2019 Share Posted September 10, 2019 You load into a new interior and you get your character as you have always known them and can tweak what you want. I gave my guy better eyebrows, a different scar and made him nose and mouth smaller. Still looks like my guy but a much better looking version. You open your "Online Menu" with left, go to Online Options and select Change Appearance. First time is free and other times is ten Gold. DentureDynamite Posted September 10, 2019 Share Posted September 10, 2019 (edited) I'm hardly thrilled with the fact that we can only make limited modifications to our existing character--and here's why: what I want to change is the basic facial structure, which AFAIK comes pre-set by whatever initial character R* dumps on you (since we have no option to change the parent sets the character is based on like GTA Online). So "change your appearance" is somewhat misleading, unfortunately, and I won't bother until the day R* gives us the option to modify COMPLETE facial structure (length/height, width, etc.) Yes, we can delete our character, but we then lose all progression/leveling, only to then be given another random character with limited editing control. Still not good enough for the price, IMO, and it's clear that R* are desperate for content that they can charge anything for. I was able to change pretty much everything other than gender. There is no Mother/Father option like GTA, just "ancestory", I know it's vague but a bit of fidling about gets results. You can change the whole structure of the face, eye sockets, nose size, cheek/jaw bones, ears etc. all including width, height etc Hope that helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can change everything about your character except your gender and whistle tone. You could go in and create a completely different character if you wanted to, it's not just tweaking small things on your existing character (though I'm sure that's what the majority of players have used it for, myself included) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have over 100+ days on my streak and been getting .5 for every challenge, except during the past couple weeks when it was a full gold bar, but I dont want to get reset back to .1 that is for sure. Yes, they change to "Custom" and the Character Creator has been overhauled since the BETA with R* adding a wider range for the sliders so they will be in different places. Everything with a slider has been given a wider range. Scars can be more prominent or more faded now than in the BETA, lips can be bigger or smaller, eyes can be smaller or bigger etc. Everything on a slider has been given a wider range. Her eyes look a little different. And somethingis going on with her skin. But I'm saving the free voucher to fix it in a few months once *hopefully* a majority of bugs are fixed.
