The bounty hunter missions are full of action, you need to kill a lot of people, feels like Django Unchained. RDO had weight, each move in a gun fight felt tactical because it had repercussions but now its just GTAO. f*ck that noise. f*cking casuals. Rockstar's Newswire and Twitter is the word of god, Support has always been all over with what they can and can't do. Years back in GTAO you'd get one support person saying you can change your appearance and setting that up for you and another saying you can't. They really need to make a small outdoor backyard section for this process to see what it really looks like. The final look always appears slightly differently in the gameworld. I'm not sure if it's the hungry, tiredness, or lighting that affects the look. Plus the camera angles and distances are more varied in the gameworld. If this is it for the "change your character appearance for free" with no warning it'll cost you $10 GOLD next time... then it's disappointing.
