So maybe 30/45/60 —> 24/36/48

That´s right. 20% time reduction.

Ahaha, i've not even messed with GTAO lately, since dinking around with the Casino a bit. I forget it had that Arcade thing (not into heists, really.)

 

Moonshiner I'm up to 11; It is like pulling teeth. If I don't get infinite load/disconnect due to an error with the Rockstar servers while delivering moonshine, I might instead get it on the bootlegger mission. I'm also mainly playing when I get off work at 1 AM Central, which doesn't seem to help as far as other players (don't you other people have lives? ;)  ) Still with 22-24 fairly regularly.

 

At least Wheeler Rawson goes up fast! I'm up to 45 or something in that (just qualified for that first coat.)

Apparently R* can't do simple fkn math. 75% pay should be up to 5 bottles loss. I can deal with driving slow and careful, it's those pain in the azz agents. As soon as I see red on the radar, I jump from the wagon and run away from it so they can't hit the wagon.

There is a good chance that they will just wave you through or not find anything on your wagon. I stop for every checkpoint. 
On the few chances that they get hostile, just stay on the road and go. They are sh*t aim.

Well every time I've been stopped, they've found it. They must be blind if they don't, I can see it when I'm driving lol. It's should've been a wagon full of hay, but I guess R* wanted us to see it so we knew what we were hauling...umm moonshine?

I too am batting 100%.

 

But I only have tried it once (last night after reading it was possible to attempt to get through here.)

 

That was intense. I might have to stick with just pulling up short and clearing the path with the springfield when I find the roadblock. My nerves when eh said. "We've got some!" or something like that.

That's not to bad. I mean, enough to drop it down to 75%, but still not bad. 
Out of curiosity, did you shoot the people chasing you? 
I ignore the ones at the check point, but will shoot the ones that give chance a bit later. 

I once thought it would be smart to go around the checkpoint... off-roading... so many broken bottles...

I lost 2, and yeah I was shooting. One "jug" could've been my fault. Not only is R* bad at math, they don't know the difference between a bottle and a jug.

This was made my a bunch of people in San Diego and Ireland... it could be a lot, lot worse.

I've been trying to find out why I got a +10% on all my sales numbers.

I always kill those at the checkpoint when they are just in bolt action range, then loot them and ride on. The few waves of chasers I kill when they are close, loot them and move on. They drop quite some collectables in my case and even a treasure map too.

There's always more than enough time left anyway.

Hey CaliMeatWagon, your role breakdown is much appreciated. Quick question about the moonshiner breakdown: It says flavor takes 10 minutes to be added to the moonshine but that flavor can be added up until the last bottle. If added for the last bottle though that would only leave 3 minutes until production is complete if using strong mash and don’t yet have the increased production speed upgrade.

Great question. 
Upon testing, if you add the flavor on the last bottle, it will still take 10 minutes, but you will not be able to sell until it is finished.

For me I found if I slow down a "normal" speed right when I get close (about when red zone disappears), they tend to wave me through. This could just be luck, but I'll keep testing.

Yeah. I sell per 247, 5. A 10% more of your table, and im still rank 15.

A couple of  observations from playing on two accounts but could just be luck:

 

Account 1 always seems to get waived through the check points without stopping.  This account is max high honor and pretty much just does Bootlegger Missions in between deliveries with the occasional side activity(hunting or a daily).  

 

Account 2 NEVER gets waived through the check points.  This account has high honor, but it is not max, it is maybe 3/4 or a little less of the way up the meter to max honor.  This account does a wider variety of activities.  I might only do one Bootlegger mission in between deliveries if any at all and I tend to work on dailies, collecting, hunting and other things in between deliveries.

I do have a table with the 10% extra and $10 cheaper mash price figured out, but because I don't have sure confirmation that completing those 5 story missions increases the price, I don't have it listed.

FWIW, my max Mash price is $50, and for Strong moonshine my flavour prices are:

 

1 Star: $206.25

2 Star: $226.87

3 Star: $247.50

 

I’ve completed all of the Moonshine story missions at base difficulty only, and I’m a level 16 Moonshiner.

I may have missed it in the opening post but how do you unlock the poison poppy moonshine? Also, I just finished the last moonshiner story mission and now my moonshine values are lower like $99 instead of $225. Anybody know why that is?

It seems you can't kill an animal to skin it after you sedated and then revived it... so basically you have to find every animal twice.
