I found a tarot card and a vintage bottle in the cabin to the left of the main house at Manzanita Trading Post.

In case this hasn’t been encountered yet I figured I’d share. There was a deer that was running across my screen with an arrow sticking out of it during a long distance trader sell mission and the deer showed up as a white dot on my radar like a stranger in need. I shot it and almost didn’t skin it since I was doing my sell mission but am glad I did because it gave me an arrowhead from one of the collections.

Considering Madam whatsherface is desperate to get her mitts on our goodies you think she'd give us some sort of clue where she has buggered off to next, but hey R* logic get you every time. 

Coudn't find any collectables too inside the Manor, and I didn't picked (stoled) anything there yesterday.

But I did find a dig site outside, near the white small construction where we used to meet a young lady in the story mode.

The islands West of Rhodes had two arrow digs, a bottle and eggs. I just rode around with vibration on and let it trigger.

Does anyone know how to enter the Tesla mansion? I can see the card inside but theres no way in?

Thanx, I'll check next time I'm there. So far, more than half of the listed locations have been a bust. So either they're all random and I got lucky with the ones I found, or some are static and some random.

The back door should be open, though I've seen comments elsewhere saying they couldn't access the building.

Yea it looks like when there is a card in there everything is locked. There's no way in.

So far, the dig sites people are listing I find nothing, but tarot cards etc. Im finding with ease.

My collectors bag right now is mad. I have 112 unique items, many of them have dupes. I've got a single stack of earrings worth $77.50, probably around 15-20 stacks of items worth between $40-$70.

Nope. The places you'd expect to use them - high places overlooking a lot of open area - have no dig sites that the binos can see.

 

Also, birds nests FYI. Use a Varmint rifle and aim for the edge of the nest, been working for me every time.

Damn, that sucks. They sound nice in theory. I'm gonna save the cash for now. 

 

OT:  How are the saddles? Can you customize them, Or are they like special saddles?

For the Collector saddle at least (dunno about the others) you can put stirrups on them but that's it. Blanket, bedroll and horn is unchangeable. It also only comes in one colour.

I haven't tried the saddles yet, are they Nagadoches good? Stats seem really good on those. Anybody tried?

 

Collectible locations seem to change daily? Here's a clip I made of today's collectibles me and friends fround. Know a few more spots in Marsh but didn't have time to go there.

As far as I understood, you mainly get XP from finding items(not from selling, but I might be wrong)

Anyone noticed if they get an extra XP boost the moment the find the last piece of an entire set? (in addition to the XP you get from the single find)

 

Either way, I think I will stick to waiting to sell until whole sets are complete. No rush for money anyway. XP is more important. Need that metal detector!

Man, this gyp lady still hasn't reappeared since my initial encounter with her. I've tried every place posted here so far, do you have to finish all the maps first or something? Could it be related to the buggy free buy in issue? This is super annoying, I bought some glasses from her that seem to have disappeared as well..

She's in Hennigan's Stead, north of the A in Manteca Falls and just off the path. Once you get close enough you'll be able to hear her music

Yesterday it was raining Tarot cards and hairpins. Today, I can't find anything. I've found two cards (one was right next to me when I spawned in) and one disturbed earth hairpin. That's it. I even changed lobbies because I thought maybe the spawns were glitched. Nope. Nothing. It sucks.

Finally found Nazar. Can't say I'm a fan of her changing locations every day. Weekly would definitely have been better lol.

I'm getting maps that doesn't seem to work. He opens them and then just close them. Tried to restart the game. Anyone else getting this?

 

Also, do you need to get everything in a collection and sell them at once for it to count as a collection. Or can you just sell some here and some there?

1) Yea the maps are wonky

 

2) You have to sell them altogether at the same time to get the collection bonus.

I believe some of them are collector rank locked even though you can buy them. I couldn't open my 3rd arrowhead map or my 3rd antique liquor bottle until I hit Rank 5 on collector but I see no indication of that anywhere. Either that or you have to sell a collection because when I sold a collection yesterday it ranked me up to Rank 5 so I immediately pulled out the arrowhead map to see if it worked and it did after that. It could have been a coincidence but I tried those 2 maps many times and they were the only ones that didn't open. Didn't have that problem at all after I ranked to 5

I am wondering if the spawns change daily, wouldn't surprise me if they did to encourage exploration rather than playing connect the dots on the map.

I went there yesterday. It would make sense that not everyone gets the same spawn locations since you would just be fighting other people to get a collectable first.
