Sorry to bump a deal thread but where could I find agarita? I've only found it on NPCs but never found it growing.

Agarita is only available to pick at night in New Austin. The interactive map below is still accurate, it just takes them a bit longer each day since they changed them to confirm the cycles but they automatically update shortly after 5pm Mountain time every day.

Do you guys know what is the best complete collection to sell to her? Which complete set nets the most in terms of cash/gold? maybe xp.

If memory serves I think the most efficient for time/cash is the Bracelet collection I believe cause it only requires 8 or 9 pieces but the Coin collection (15 items) pays the most money in one big lump.

In terms of exp all sets give the same exp reward for completion (even weeklies) but technically Coins will give the most exp because there's 15 of them you get the metal detector and dig bonus for all of them.

Really though, if you're going down that path I'm assuming you're going to be using the map with all the locations and in that case I'd recommend just doing full runs for what you need. One of every set is just over 4k cash and something like 20k exp from mailing in the sets alone.

If you measure "best" by the price per item (set value/items in set) then lost jewelry and coins offer the best value.

I figure the best sets to work on are the ones that are most complete (set value/items I need to get).

No gold earning from Collection. The only role that actively earns gold is Bounty Hunter.

This is likely a really dumb question but I just now started using the online map. What does the remove from map button do? Just help me track what I’ve picked up? Will it show up again when that cycle comes back around?

Clicking on remove will cause the icon to fade a little, so useful for tracking daily progress. The fade will persist if the map is refreshed. You can manually reset the removed markers by selecting the Reset drop-down option under Settings. The default option is to reset markers daily. Settings and other options are displayed by expanding the little arrow next to the clock that displays the time until the map resets.

I'm a little out of the loop on this, but have we ever had double money for selling the collections?

I think this is the best cash bonus I've seen. From the November 12, 2019 notes with Red Ben Clempson.

"Collectors will be happy to hear that they can take 25% off the retail price of the Pennington Field Shovel and 50% off all Collector Maps, while also receiving a 25% bonus on RDO$ payouts on all Collector Sets."

Ah so we have had some sort of event week for it. Thanks, I wasn't sure if we ever did.

Yeah I remember thankfully being halfway prepared for something like that and made like $45k that week lol

I really doubt they'll give us another collector bonus payout event.

Discount on the tools is nice for newer players, getting the requisites is the slowest part of the game.

And NPC's.

I heard rumors that you can use the one you purchase from the catalog/general store. Not sure if true or not. Can't confirm.

If you come across a revenue agent roadblock random encounter, there is always a gold watch in a lockbox in the back of one of the wagons.

I get these random encounters quite a bit between Moonstone Pond and O’Creagh’s Run and just north of Tumbleweed.

So is the map a bust again? Just looked for two items (coin and card) and they weren’t there. Did they change cycles up again?

The person who updates the map had a power outage. It should be good now.

Seems borked again, at least as of last night. Is there a person that actually makes a manual change to the map?

Yep, every single day he figures out the collection cycles and updates the map.

Wow, didn't know that. This guy needs some kind of award for this!

Having trouble digging up the 1792 Quarter lately.

Recently had maxed out all sets and started selling a few here or there and then collecting them again.  Sometimes I would just do the weekly, sell off individual pieces near the weekly pieces.

But that Liberty Quarter for 2 days now has been acting like I have a full set - detector lights up but I don’t get any prompt to dig.

I’ve jumped lobbies, sold a couple coin sets, still won’t work.  Anyone else having trouble with this one?

Past two cycles it was at the Heartlands homestead next to a tree (southeast of oil fields, southwest of overflow) and then it was in Chez Porter (homestead northwest of Window Rock) by the base of a tower in the back of the homestead.

I came here to ask about this as well. 1792 Quarter is glitched for me as well. Unable to get the "Dig" prompt at Chez Porter yesterday and today in the Bayou Nwa location. Just one more thing to add to the long list of crap R* needs to address. And yes, I only have 8 of them in my inventory.

Also been having trouble with the 3 of Cups, Cycle 6. Suppose to be on a table in Butcher Creek, but it's not. At least for me.
