Gta online character missing?

After coming back after long time I'm installing gta again but when I log in by social club my character for single player and online is blank 0  what do I do?

1. Your character got wiped
2. Check if you're playing on your second character.

 

Also contact Rockstar support.

How long has it been and did you change console generations?

 

It's no longer possible to transfer a character from PS3/360 to PS4/X1 which may explain why your online character is missing.
