Which brings us full circle almost, back to square one, which is "it's largely unlikely people get banned for absolutely no reason whatsoever". 

 

There's also another factor which is that Rockstar Staff or employees, who may have been in the session, may have ran some tests (or whatever) and found enough grounds to ban a player there, but from what I know lately, any staff connected to the session that see money being dropped usually deal with it by not only banning the person dropping money, but also any players around the drop who would be deemed as "soliciting the money" so to speak. Which is why my advice is always: money lands on your head > pause and Find New Session. 

Sure, it'd take someone a bit of spare cash and some skill at reverse engineering the game to attain the proof I guess, and I can only imagine that's unlikely to happen because the people who do RE the game are often the ones creating cheats for it and not really interested enough in this sort of thing - and that'd potentially expose what they're up to anyway.

Some people seem to forget that the 2 weeks ban isnt a punishment.  Its just a temporary System ban to give rockstar the time to investigate.

 

So it looks like theyve investigated long enough and found enough reasons to ban you permamently 

 

Its just like to get a Red card at a football (Soccer) match. You know u will be banned from the next match but not for how long they will ban  you

That's the thing; we don't know. Probably not. But it doesn't help anyone at all, if and when people post about their bans and mention literally _nothing_ about their activities.

My secondary PC got reseted then re-instaured after asking them to review it. So they gave me back all(money, properties, vehicles) but my stats and awards(which were legit too, I barely reached rank 100 there or something). 

 

But lets say, I literally left every session once I observed modding activities. It eventually makes a lot of difference with peoples who genuinely think they can play for hours with cheater friendos without consequences. 

 

After all this player knows better what he did.

KINDA OF A SLIGHT PROBLEM.....Seems that cheater through their cheat mod menu can move people around and apparently do many other things to you as well. Dumbstar being dumbstar would NOT surprise me at all if they banned people getting screwed over by a cheater in some way.
