Animal Static/Sitting Spawn Locations in One List

Recommended Posts

drizzi_b

I've been in the process of making a full playlist of location videos for all the animals and consistent spawn points or where they are standing/sitting still. I actually started out just making these for myself for reference if I'm looking for something particular, but figured if I can help others out at the same time, why not. They are literally 20-60 second videos that are straight to the point with no BS, and all on one list so you can quickly find the animal you're looking for. Feel free to check them out. I hope it helps you fill in your compendium much easier and faster and max out your sets! If you know anyone having trouble finding anything, let them know about this list.

CURRENTLY I AM ALSO MAKING THE VIDEOS ON THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIES: Bighorn Ram/Sheep, Bulls, Fox, Pigs, Pronghorn Buck/Doe, and Squirrels.

BEST LEGENDARY BOUNTIES TO HUNT IN THAT ALLOW SKINNING, ETC

Cecil C Tucker: Begins just east of Emerald Ranch

Yukon Nic: Begins just south of Strawberry and near Great Plains

Owlhoot Family: Begins just west of Armadillo

Not a problem. Should have about 15-20 more or so animals going up today and will be done with it soon!

This will be very helpful. It took a long time trying to find a second fox to skin yesterday🤦🏾‍♂️

Yeah on challenge days certain animals can be a bit harder to find, and every time I search youtube you get long intros and music, etc lol. So I figured I'd make these and hope they help everyone.

I don't if this could be pinned or not, but I'm also going to edit the OP with direct links to each animal in it so you could just directly click through to the exact animal right away. I have everything ready to go aside from the small birds but it'll be done in due time. Update almost here! Thoughts admins?

Just wanted to throw this in here as I see it as valuable seeing as animal spawning is tough in regular lobbies. The two best legendary bounties are Cecil Clark and the Owlhoot Gang. Both of these missions allow you to skin animals in the mission so you have full hunting capabilities and can complete challenges much easier! Owlhoot starts you in New Austin, and Cecil starts you just east of Emerald Ranch, giving you options of where to start so you don't have to travel as far. Good luck peeps! Updated the OP as well with those.

Its only helpful if you can play the game without errors... its only useful when Rockstar stops stealing my money pre releasing games before they are even finished making players go through the grief of testing there f*cked up coding that has all AMD and quadcore systems with RTX f*cked....

Bumped into a Panther at this location (paw symbol) in Bayou Nwa today. This was the first time I ever encountered one there and I'm around the swamps quite often.

There's a bunch of Panther spawns in the Bayou but they are quite rare. Even in solo lobbies.

I only encountered them down south before the last patch but stumbled about a couple of panther spawns in the Bayou area by now.

Today I found out that there are even two types of panthers existing in the game. The normal one that is just named "Panther" and one that's named "Florida-Panther".

I was just trying to help out back then, and still am. It's helped people and they're quick videos. No harm no foul, but I think I had done this slightly before. If you're referring to the Jean Ropke map, I use it all the time for everything else. I don't think these types of guides or information have a negative effect on anyone. Same goes for your guides on literally everything from GTA to here. I've gone through every one of yours as I enjoy how you lay them out and they're informational. That's all this is.

Unfortunately, neither this thread nor the interactive map delinates subspecies of animals.   For instance it says Bull, yet there are 3 sub sets.  This thread is actually somewhat easier than the jeanropke map using a phone.  Also, I may be using it wrong, but the animals on jeanropke map only allows one at a time.

Like your guides, the thread is a compact place..no zooming in and out constantly clearing unwanted stuff.    Shamefully, I have memorized the spawn points of 99% of animals, but the actually sub sets...I had not committed to memory.

Yeah I'm handling that first thing when I get home tonight after work. I'll have the different bulls, ox, cows, bighorn sheep and ram, etc all worked out.

Cool, I think its random spots, but each sub set might spawn more in a given spot.

Correct, for instance the Devon Bull can sometimes spawn at Emerald or the ranch slightly northeast of the oil fields, but much more commonly spawns at the Mattock Pond Ranch. I always add that type of information in the description to the best of my ability.
