That’s what I’m seeing too. With that said, people that don’t want to constantly defend/maintain their camps can just start up a Temporary posse and just bounce in and out of the Permanent posse when they’re working towards role progression. That’s just my guess.

That's how I read it anyway.  And WTF is with the collector and the upgraded saddle to carry more items.  I've ALREADY paid for an upgraded saddle that advertises carrying more items, but it doesn't.

I'm happy with what we're getting. 15 GOLD is a bit expensive but most of the players who have been playing since the early days should have more than enough. Also we just had double daily gold if you had streaks it was the best way to earn gold.

Predicted a later release date two hours ago, couldn't be happier to be wrong :D This looks good'n meaty! I'm over the moon at more outfit slots (though I'll be annoyed if it's anything less than 10) and the tweaks to movement and weapon characteristics sounds intriguing. Though I'm always skeptical when it comes to R*'s idea of balance...

 

As for the roles themselves, I'm mostly just hoping that the Risk side of the risk/reward equation is there, and that it's fair. I'm a little worried that we're already at the point where PIB and dynamite arrows have given a lot of people the ability to f*ck up a wagon with a homing missile in one shot before there's much of a fight to be had... hopefully they encourage a steal-it-for-yourself playstyle for the PvP aspect of these roles. 

 

Looking forward to getting back to RDO! Looks like I'll be popping back into GTAO this week to collect those cards...

I don't do dailies so I don't have much gold :(,  ill be a collector but first I haz to collect the cards on gtao.

Is my thoughts on the Gold Bars buy-in. I have enough Gold, more than enough but its not needed and is setting a dangerous precedent, just like the more and more expensive items in GTAO. What happens when we are five years down the line and its a hundred Gold bars to buy in?

Very interesting stuff. I'm a PS4 owner so the Collector is the only one I'll have to pay for upfront if I'm reading correctly.

 

Time will tell but, unfortunately, with Defensive still not keeping griefers off me, it still sounds like I'll be making solo lobbies. We'll see.

Horse Stats online are pointless. The lowest stat Horse is like five percent slower than the highest stat one. My Shire would keep up with your Arabian.

Bounty hunter outfit looks so sick. Definitely need the bandoliers!

I'm still a little worried that the words they use is "Reset" and "redesign" not "Edit".

So my worries is that when you hit that edit button, everything gets reset in the appearance and you have to start from the Murfree Brood character and work your back to a decent looking character.

Granted I already have both my characters sliders saved, so I am good to go on that part(Except which one to use), I'm more worried about others who want to make minor edits and may have to remake their character from the ground up(Appearance wise).

Anyway, fingers crossed for everyone who wants to edit their character, that that is exactly what we will be able to do!

Ugh im worried about that to guess im gonna be taking some close up face screen shots when i log in.

 

Also im pretty disappointed at the lack of a confirmation when it comes to more character slots. I mean you have two on gta online, but in the game with the actual karma system you only have one? Really?

Yes that's what I fear as well. If it's the case, I'll let my brother attempt it first so I can see how it goes. I never saved my characters sliders

But seriously I’m not too fussed about having to pay gold. They have practically been chucking the stuff at us and for us long term players it’s not going to be a big issue. It’s just a way to get the new players to pay.

I haven't played for about 2 months now. I saved about 35k and 350 gold for this update and I'll still be rich after I've bought into everything. Dunno what those dudes are thinking. :D

Lots of new hairstyles and facial hair. Lots of new clothes, bandoliers and gun belts galore. Eye patch! Also looks like there’s a bunch of new presets in the character creator, a lot of those characters don’t look like anything I’ve seen made with the character creator yet. All of this sounds great. Feels so nice finally to actually know when it’s coming.

For the people complaining about having not enough gold you have an entire week to make double from your dailies so hop to it.
