Diego0920
Are there any important glitches if you go for 60?
gts.
With 60fps can be perfectly playable as well. The glitches depends on how many fps can your machine give to it unlike San Andreas. Vice City can even run at 300fps without any glitches or weird stuff.

The PCGamingWiki page users have been recommending playing at 30fps for a long while now. I tried to edit a method for playing at 60 but I needed confirmation first. The glitches themselves at very high framerates are instantly recognizable, like slow car reversing/turning but otherwise neglegible when staying at a safe 60. Edit: I'm gonna have to rethink everything because car handling is still affected at locked 60. Edited September 4, 2019 by Diego0920
Official General
If your PC is decently powered, 60fps on Vice City is near perfect and you should choose it every time.

I actually did some testing myself and for gta 3 and cc the glitches start happening at 43 or 44 fps
GreenPeas
I prefer to play with 60 fps lock. I heard about weird bugs coming up caused weird car handling, game glitched speed, uncompletable some missions, etc.
