Tried this yesterday, first attempt I walked over a cactus just outside Valentine thus dropping my bowl; Second I got shot at by a rival posse member protecting their stranger mission wagon in Emerald Ranch. Thought at that point I'm not going all the way back to Val so I ended up leading my horse all the way to Saint Denis, bonding from level 2 to 4 in about 15 mins. When I got to the city I found a toad hopping about the streets so I followed the little guy around for about 45 mins, trying to dodge carts and push him to the safety of the outskirts. I was impressed by it's AI. Can you tell I was bored?? Gonna try the challenge again tonight though, it was very relaxing surprisingly. Always love an opportunity to take in the sights! Youtube Proof First try, too - I had a couple nervous times with players, but no one attacked me, so it only took about 50 minutes of walking. I admit it was probably made a lot easier by being Defensive Mode, Offensive might draw more aggro. Either way, really enjoyed it, might try other destinations! Ain't never had such a painful reaction to one of those prickly fellers before now. While none of us managed to get stew all the way to Saint Denis, the entire trip there alone made the entire journey fun.
