Although as a movie it's not perfect, there are many aspects of the world and characters that would be fantastic as a game. Hell, "gay night" is a thing here in the UK and I presume other civilised countries. Lots of straight people out on those nights. Like seriously if you think strip clubs will be a problem then, and I'm not trying to be rude, but you need to go outside and live in the real world for a bit. And it’s such a minimal aspect of the larger game and the characters within it that it could be cut and wouldn’t make much difference. the only thing I could think of that might be a little more difficult to implement would be F on F prostitutes, because reusing the same “shaky car” cam that they use for male characters would be pretty lazy. but even then, grand scheme, still a non issue. Like I said it's a franchise staple so I somewhat understand potential concerns if it was being removed, but the idea it'll be an issue cause there's going to be a female protag is nothing more than people not having real world life experiences. I can’t think of any other games that have the Bonnie and clyde dynamic, so to water it down with infidelity or complicate it with outside love interests wouldn’t be such a good move. If I had to choose though, a dynamic I would find really interesting is if they made them exes at the start who are then forced to work together, and through working together they go from hating each other's guts to falling back in love. The latter would perhaps allow for some old staples of GTA to return in single player but I think the former would make for a better and more interesting story for GTA, IMO. But that’s just my opinion. Agreed. I think it'd be pointless to have romance be an aspect of the plot and not utilize it properly. Also, the duo could start out as acquaintances, and as the story progresses, the romance starts to naturally take shape. I doubt they'll be a couple from the get-go, which would mean strip clubs etc wouldn't be a problem.
