SA_Directx or V Graphics Volumetric Light Effect?

Anyone know how to get Volumetric Light in "V Graphics" mod or in "SA_Directx 2.0" mod ??? Something similar in MMGE3.

Volumetric Light MMGE 3

 

Or they know if there is any patch that creates that effect or any update.
