ENLIST TODAY IN THE HANZ CORPORATION AND PRIVATE MILITARY.

 

Greetings comrades! We are recruiting members for our private army! We are also looking for 4 Squad Marshals, 1 Head Marshal and a Deputy Marshal! If you want to join the army, you must fufill the following requirements:-

1. Must have discord.
2. Must have a fluent English.
3. Must be Rank 10 or above to join the army.
4. Mic is optional.

If your looking to become a Squad Marshal/Head Marshal/Deputy Marshal, you have to meet the following requirements:-
1. Must have discord.
2. Must have a fluent English.
3. Must be Rank 20 or above.
4. Must have Atleast 750k GTA$ or above.

(THIS IS ALL NOT REQUIRED AS THE CREW IS INAGURAL! YOU CAN STILL ENLIST AS A HIGHER RANK WITHOUT THESE REQUIREMENTS!!)

What are our customs/jobs?


We have 2 departments:-
I. Heist Department.
II. Private Army Department.

Heist Department 
Heist Department consists of Heist members, specialist and Heist leaders. The leader can only take 40% of cash. In case if someone is in need of cash, the 40% cut can be given to that person. In heist, occupations must be chosen by players. In discord, when a heist leader is hosting heist finale, people who are interested to join must mention (@{HEIST LEADER}) about their occupations. (Eg. @(heist leader's name) Pilot/ground team/gunner etc. {according to heist})
NOTE:- The person needs to send proof so that it can be reviewed by the heist leader. If the person has 250k or above, he is rejected.



Private Army Department
Private Army has many ranks. They are Marshal, Deputy Marshal, Squad Marshal, Deputy Squad Marshal, Lieutenant, Staff Sergeant, Sergeant, Corporal, private and initiate. Private Army department is also divided into four squads led by a Squad Marshal. Their job is to protect the VIPs, escort the special cargo/ vehicle cargo / special vehicle cargo, anything from the MC, nightclubs.
Their Uniform is a heavy combat suit. In case we declare war with a rival corporation/MC, 1 or 2 squads must be deployed. A squad has atleast 20 members.





Meetings

Meetings are conducted to discuss something important. Only the President, Vice President, President's advisor, Marshal, Deputy Marshal and a Squad Marshal can call for meetings. Only 8 people can attend the meeting. In Discord, you must give an announcement in #meetings. And if the meeting's having 8 people, you must say "Meeting full, don't join."

Vehicles

Private Army:- Granger/Pickup Insurgent/Weaponized Vehicle/Pickup truck/Anything which is suitable for military.

Heist:- Player choice.


Promotion System

If a person get's platinum twice in a heist, he is promoted. (HEIST DEPARTMENT)
If a person protects his VIP with care and does not cause any trouble in atleast 4 deployments, he is promoted. (PRIVATE ARMY DEPARTMENT)


Awards

If a person is doing his job with respect and duty, he will be awarded the "Best Player" and will be also awarded 100k GTA$. If it's not enough, then i will decide some other amount later.
