Foxwolfe
The miniguns are a tough one, first person helps, getting used to strafing helps as well. I would recommend the buzzard minigun target practice mission out of the flight school missions at the airport for practice. Happy Hunter
I wouldn't expect Buzzard miniguns to have much practical use against decent players on foot. It's possible to get kills sure, but not very often. It's more something to show off your accuracy with, and cut out failed kills when it comes to recording. They're just not that good. To answer the question though, tilt the helicopter left or right with the left stick. To stop it simply turning instead of circling, counterbalance it with RB/LB depending on the direction you're going (L1/R1 on PS4). Vary how much you hold down RT (R2 on PS4), to gain or lose altitude, and have some input on how far you are from the target. Aside from that, just practice a ton. For practical use though, I'd really just recommend using missiles. Minigun kills on foot are for showing off, not practical use. Nothing wrong with that, but if you use them against a decent player you'll probably be blown up very fast. kenmy13999 and fiat682
Rumblebud
Be sure to practice with the Savage helicopter if you have the opportunity. (or even the Hunter for that matter) It packs one hell of a punch if you know how to use it. kenmy13999 and fiat682

But hitting the targets is hard because the guns are farther apart each other. Try using third person view instead of first person if that helps. But honestly, target circling in this game is really useless unless you're in a Savage
