Calvin.L
So I want to use objects from the map to attached to my vehicle, but when I import objects to the Z modeler, all objects become dark, I have applied all the textures correctly and the object remains dark like this! This is My WIP Riot Truck and, I took the front scoop from SA-MP object and this is the result But when I try it in the game the texture are fine! This is very annoying! I can't edit objects or map in dark conditions like this! Edited August 26, 2019 by Calvin.linardi
Tut98
Hey @Calvin.linardi, nice model you've got. I believe the culprit could be vertex colors are set on the models thus showing very dark on the car. Vertex colors are used by map objects to define lighting and thus depth. Can you please try setting all vertices to white for both Vertex Color channel and Illumination channel. Note that vertex colors aren't intended for any other type but map objects. If this doesn't solve the problem it might be diffuse or ambient property on material that's set too low. Set then to 1/highest value and see whay happens.
