I believe there's plenty of stuff waiting to be fixed such as the slow mouse movement on binoculars and first-person car view. I have question about fusion fix for max payne, is it possible to remap Enter for skipping cutscenese to ESC or Space? It would be much easier this way, thank you! Also, deleting the .ini file obviously doesn't make the mod work since that file is required to run the configurations in order to enable the fixes. Your diligence and talent are truly respectable, unlike Corkstar employees who have been ignoring their own bugs for decades and only multiplying them. In my case, FusionFix only worked on the disc retail version of the game (1.0.7.0.). Steam version instantly crashes right after launching Corkstar Launcher (and yes for the old retail and new Steam versions I used the respective versions of FusionFix and ASI Loader). And finally I would like to share another bug, which is present in all versions of the game and has not yet been fixed. I'm talking about one billboard near the subway station in Hove Beach. I'm never really into GTA IV mods, but still spent a few evenings in OpenIV searching for the source of this bug and apparently found it. This file contains both the billboard and the texture that falls out of it: Spoiler For comparison, here is the normal (left) billboard: Spoiler Other resources: Spoiler The only thing left is to move / delete this texture, but I certainly do not have the slightest idea how and where to do it. Also 3rd person view on foot would be cool too. I disabled the 3rd person thing, using cheats patch for it. And also a million thanks for making mods for ppsspp and pcsx2, sorry for being offtopic. IIRC the first versions up until 1.0.3.0 of GTAIV had the cutscenes capped at a certain framerate by default which was then removed by later patches. @ernestin1 It's still up to you what you prefer. In case you don't care/you can cope with low-fps cutscenes I recommend 40-35 FPS. I know this is old as hell, but I went ahead and did a clean disc install of GTA IV and can confirm it was capped at 32 FPS in cutscenes, and didn't seem to have any of the jittery appearance that the later versions have. I tried capping the cutscenes on 1.0.8.0 with FusionFix to 32 and it still wasn't as smooth as cutscenes on 1.0.0.0. Wonder if it was because they tried to untie the cutscenes from the framerate in one of the patches and it caused it to get that jittery appearance we have now. It seems this issue stems from patch 1.0.3.0, as you said, from this fix potentially: "Cutscenes should now pause and resume correctly after an ALT-TAB task switch. Audio remains in sync." Guest Posted June 18 Share Posted June 18 (edited) Its L + down dpad for cinematic cam in 2nd control option. I use just virtual dpad for steering in Ctw. Does anyone know why? The latest version of FusionFix is only compatible with version 1.2.0.30 and above.
