To answer your Q though; no one knows. It could be included in the supposed summer update, but to my knowledge, it's never been officially confirmed. We don't even know when that will be though; by the time they release it, it'll already have been more than four months since the game first left Beta. ghostsoap01 Posted August 20, 2019 Share Posted August 20, 2019 From what we've heard so far, it seems it will be one of the patch note items included with the update, aka we won't see that until the update drops. They might need to add via a download rather than a tuneable change, meaning with the update is most likely when that feature will come out. That's what I hate about changing makeup and why I've only ever changed eye shadow. You can't adjust how dark is it like how you can what you create your character. It's why almost ever female character is running around looking like a clown. Rockstar really messed up with that one.
