Stuck in cutscene screen

I have gotten to the point in the story where I play as John Marston, I took the carriage to the barn, got a job and my wife and kid have arrived, I milked the cows, scooped sh*t with my kid 'Lancelot' and I woke up the next morning with Abigail offering to make some coffee and I am stuck in somewhat of a cutscene where there are is a black patch on the bottom and top part of the screen, John can't move, I can't open my satchel, I can't do anything aside from pressing start and viewing the map and other stuff that is in there, if I exit I still can't move John.

I can do whatever in the 'Pause' menu but I can't do anything in the game itself, I have waited for 40 minutes now and it's still stuck in the same damn thing, I have searched on Google but I can't find anything similar to what I am experiencing, some have had the issue waaaay earlier in the game but I can't find anything that has happened in the same spot as I have, do I need to restart everything or is there a way out of this?

Hey yall i may be a bit late but u guys are the only guys i found that have the same problem, i have reinstalled the game, uninstalled all mods and waited and waited i dont know what do do pls reply and tell me if you have fixed it or maybe we can work something out together
