Whatever they're doing, if it's tropical-related, I bet a lot of Guarma's objects will be recycled in it. If it's RDRII related, maybe it's a standalone DLC like Undead Nightmare? DLC doesn't earn a lot of money compared to a new title. I wonder if it might be a post-story thing, maybe centering around Sadie Adler?

Edward RDRIII
I'm thinking this "Bonaire" thing is related to RDR2 because of Guarma. Imagine if they expand Guarma into a big map, more or less the size of the Epilogue Map, full of things to do and explore... Oh my dear God!!! On-topic: Bonaire is indeed a Caribbean island. It's specifically part of the Dutch Caribbean. If this turns out to be something unrelated to RDR2 then color me surprised. He was most likely referring to locations listed in an internal spitball document, which at the time Vice City was not listed and was all that was known. I have said it before but will say it again, it was so long ago and so early on in production they could have easy changed there minds on locations; and most likely have. Especially when trying to get regulatory approval with high risk of leaking. Sometimes they can, if I'm not mistaken. I can't speak for Rockstar titles, but generally most developers submit their games for classification 2/3 months before the intended release. Funny though, it's been a month since it was submitted and denied so there's no real way of knowing how far away it is. The Shakermaker
eastriver
I can't imagine a classification board, like PEGI, ESRB, or Australia's ACB not having classification for DLCs that bring material changes to a game. That would mean video game content, which is suppose to be regulated either internally (ESRB, PEGI) or externally (ACB), would not be classified. Developers could release a tame game and release all the nasty sh*t that would normally get rated Adults Only or get Refused Classification as DLC lol. ACB has every major RDR DLC listed... but I can't find DLC listed for GTA V Also something interesting I noticed. GTA V for PC got rated by the ACB a whole three months after the game came out for PC... not sure how all this works Edited August 22, 2019 by IG_

But lots of different staff happened in the background of R* since that time. In 2019 it would feel old enough and not unique. Some concepts were introduced later in GTA Online tho. LoneWolf260
the process of classification begins roughly 3/2 months before a game's /Dlc release date. This classification has been submitted on July the 18th, skip 3 months and were almost near halloween. This could also mean that Sadie could be the protagonist (she implies that she will move abroad). But ... I personally think that undead stuff would be BORING. It's got to be some graphic scene or depiction removed, like when they banned the anal probe scene in the South Park game. Which also makes me think it's not related to Online, as it would be harder to justify censoring something that is already optional That's what i'm thinking. There might be something that they don't want us to see. We do still have that one part in GTA 4 TLAD though which is rated MA15. GTA 5 is rated R18 here and if it has anything to do with RDR2 DLC then it should get the same rating. If it's a new game then they'll have to censor it like Manhunt 2, but that wouldn't stop the classification board from banning it.
