[Question]Delete character to start over...

Question: I have 2 characters... if I want to restart one, thus delete the character, to make a new one, what happens to his stuff?
Cars, owned buildings, ...?
Is it just deleted, or "reimbursed" somehow (at sale value, of course, not the full price)?

It's all completely deleted, but you can get some money back by selling all your cars/hangar aircraft (BEWARE of daily limits that might get you wrongly flagged as a duper), and trading large apartments/traditional garages for 2-car garages, and then banking the cash.

 

Might be easier/cheaper to just edit the character...unless you really fancy starting from rank 0 again.
