Does anyone at Rockstar monitor these posts or EVER provide solutions?

 

Why is the Social Club for RDR 2 so messed up? - different stats every time I look at it and mostly incorrect.

 

Why does my Horseman Challenge 7 not work? - I have killed umpteen enemies whilst being on my horse - never clocked up one kill according to the game - rubbish!

 

Do Rockstar care?  Seems not.
