Stuck at 90%

I purchased  GTA5 and when I started the game it got stuck at loading story mode 90% deleted it and  re-downloaded it (digital version ) Still the same problem rebuild my PlayStation database still the same problem tried to delete the save that didn’t work either disconnected the internet, turned of the controller at 90%, tried from an another psn account, left it at 90% overnight. Contacted with rockstar support via chat they couldn’t help now in waiting on an email ticket, Nothing worked if any of you could help i would really appreciate it.

Strange issue - have you checked to make sure you have enough storage left on your PS4?

Could either be that or you might just need to clear your cache which can be done by doing this:
