One of the most well known and imitated  mythbusting mods ever release for San Andreas. MISTERIX 1 surpassed 2.5 MLN download in 2007.

It became so popular that Rockstar decided to add UFO, Bigfoot and ghost easter eggs in GTA V.

 

I have updated the download link to a version of this mod with a few bugfixes made by Alexander Alexis. This fix adds quality of life changes and fixes a few crashes, for example when encountering Tommy Vercetti.

DESCRIPTION

Misterix 2 for GTA San Andreas.

A modification which adds the widely discussed myths and legends into the game for the player to seek and sometimes kill.

This mod makes all the myths/monsters in the game come true.

MISTERIX 2 aims to greatly enhance, improve and extend the original version of the mod released back in 2007.

- Highly improved versions of the classic myths such as Bigfoot & Leatherface

- Some faster and much more lethal monsters

- More challenging ways to kill monsters

Yknow, you could use Fastman's Limit Adjuster if you added only cars. It should fix all the issues.

No, there are also many added peds, objects and one added weapon with it's own model, ID, icon, sound and stats.

Hi, I have a problem. I just downloaded it and when I start a new game, CJ appears on Grove Street and after 10 seconds the game freezes and a song starts playing. And when I play a key the game closes. Any solution?

1) Play with frame limiter enabled.
2) Push ESC and click "New Game" again. It will work, at max after 3-4 tries.

I deleted the file "gta_sa.set" from the Gta San Andreas User Files folder to check if the problem arose from some previous configuration, but no.

Hey zeb I just download and when I start it loads normali but games freezing and the sound start playing and I clicked esc button and game cloas.Is this some kind of a joke or what.I relly what to play

Can you share me save game misterix 2. my game crash when 2nd animation idle and the car not spawning  
i haved try new game 3 times, i want skip the intro

- 1st  cj just idle for a few seconds then game crash

- 2nd animation idle played and the car not spawn then crash

- 3rd second animation idle played and the car still not spawn then crash

Once i launch the game i enabled Flame limiter like u said Then i play New game and i see CJ but the fps are Reallyyyy low like 4-8 fps but then it goes to normal 30. But the sentinel for some reason turns around and drives off without CJ and im stuck any help?

or you can use open limit adjuster and fastman92's limit adjuster all together, it works for me.

Helllo, so far it works fine but there is one problem i have. When i drive any i cant hear engine sounds. It plays "CJs fall damage"  sound effect instead. What could i do to fix it? Thanks.

A very strange reissue. No more new weapons, there's only one laser that knows where the f*ck it is. The secret interior of the complex is removed, as well as on Grove Street, no more agents go. And this is only for 10 minutes of the game. What else did you cut out and why?

ciao zeb, spero che mi risponderai... ho un problema che quando avvio la nuova partita cj fa un animazione che rimane fermo ecc. come tu sai.. ma poco dopo la macchina degli agenti non si genera. cj fa la sua ultima animazione, rimane qualche secondo e il gioco crasha, ho provato a rimpiazzare i file originali di gta san andreas con la misterix 2 ma niente non ha funzionato, ho provato a riscaricare la mod dal sito, ma niente sempre stesso problema ho provato a cambiare varie opzioni grafiche di gioco ma niente, ho anche letto i commenti in cui dici di tenere attivo il limitatore frame, ma niente, ho avviato tantissime nuove partite ma rimane sempre lo stesso problema. sarei felice che mi aiutassi zeb o altri, grazie di cuore per chi mi risponderà

23/01/2025: BY THE SUGGESTION OF THE CREATOR OF THE MOD (ZEB89), MADE THAT THE ALIEN GUN SPAWNS BEFORE THE BOSSFIGHT.

ALSO FIXED TOMMY VERCETTI CRASH

 

USAGE:

Extract the mod.

Exclude from the antivirus  the gta_sa.exe as windows 10 doesn't allow the mod to run correctly unless you exclude it from the antivirus.(if you don't the black car won't spawn..)

run gta_sa.exe

not sure, also msiterix 2 didnt  release in 2007, there's a fixed misterix 2 that i've made up in the comments, run JUST the gtasa.exe, nothing else

quite odd as it hasnt been happening to me due my fix, are you sure you made a new game? and are you running gta sa as admin?
