You were right, now it feels like GTA IV. This line needs some edit, like decreasing acceleration level, but still! Thank you!

Nice progress with weapons! And edit to 'Weapons came from GTA 4' Word please.

 

EDIT: And put them on changelog please.

Please, pretty pls, smooth the models. The baseball bat and a few other weapons look blocky.

We are as far in the mod developement as we can release the first BETA version of GTA IV: Renderware Edition within a week. Stay tuned!

Would be cool, but we are not the scripters and we don't have any advanced scripters in our team, so unfortunately it's impossible. All we can do is to edit GTA III missions with modded characters and edited dialogues.

Why aren't you doing this on the GTA Liberty City mod??? You can have bikes then..

Porting IV:RW to LC after the release of the full and finished build was one of our big plans. However, we came to the conclusion VC engine is too unstable to handle this kind of modifications.

1. III and VC uses the same engine

1: I already know both use RenderWare, but they are not the exact same versions.

 

2: VC is a bit newer but it's a rushed game, it was made in 9 months, unlike III which took like one and a half year.

back to work soon, stay tuned, just needed to have some break but now when it's the school's year edge, i will have more time to work on the mod, sry for no updates but i needed some rest

This reminds me of Pearcyp's GTA III HD. I like the trailer and screenshots. Might check this out later.

I haven't got the chance to download this yet, but what I can see from the screenshots, you should test the Dynamic Lights mod with this, and if it works well, you should ask DimZet for permission to use the mod, because personally I think the lighting is like GTA IV.

Wouldn't it be better to be based on GTA SA: Liberty City as SA is more advanced than 3?

But I like your idea to bring GTA IV style on RenderWare, keep it up.

As the project is rather dying than progressing, i can officialy say:

WE NEED ANOTHER LEAD.
