Can I use Special Character voices for Peds added to San Andreas?

I added some custom peds to San Andreas, and I was hoping to change these added ped's voices to the voice of certain special characters. For instance, I added the character "Big Smoke" into San Andreas as an additional ped, but I would like him to use the actual sound files of Big Smoke.

 

I have been re-assigning the voice characteristics of these added peds, by going into the "peds.ide" file, but I haven't found a complete listing of all the ped voice presets you can use. I'm sure someone has a list out there, right? Then couldn't I just change the voice presets to those of the special characters?
