All I want on release day (or a day after) is a god mode trainer/script/whatever...

I've beat the story twice (ps4 version) and missed a god mode cheat so much, just to go crazy... god mode is a must for any Rockstar game.

Another mod I'd love to see is one that restores the waypoint option when using fast travels.

For a start, it'd make progressing through the game a hell of a lot faster, and it's just a feature that I don't know why they ever removed to begin with!

I want a decent bodyguard mod, so I can finally go hunting with Charles or Lenneah when ever I want to!

RDR 2 Redux, twister mod, and a mod that will keep your weapons selected while your on horse back, on console they reset after just a bit and you have to select them again. Cant believe I forgot gta 5 bullet time mod, this would work great in this game. Slow motion kills with a bow anyone.

I had an idea I think would be really cool. Remake the map from Red Dead Revolver and add it west of New Austin.
red_dead_revolver_map.jpg

give it the realistic HD update just to tie together the three games.

Stop camera sway while in a shootout.

Fix compendium bug allowing all progress bars (plants) to be filled.

LaMat Revolver and Evans Repeater in SP.

Adjusted horse stats that let me give any horse any stats I want. Fear level, Speed.. etc..

Both these weapons will be released exclusively for the PC version.

SDPDFR (Saint Denis Police Department First Response) - You can pull people's horses over lol

More like SDSDFR (Saint Denis Sheriff's Department First Response)

I can't believe no one has said anything about bountys.

A little cutscene ripping some low quality paper from a wall after a sheriff glued it to it.

You go, catch or kill the bad guy,

Go back, and then

A little cutscene where you receive the money.

It worked perfect in the first game didn't it?

Oh i can only dream.

Or add the Online bounties.

Just got another cool idea for a mod (unless they make it an option on PC)

The removal of motion blur. As beautiful as this game is, I feel the motion blur makes it harder to spot the finer details!

I think it'll be an option that you can disable.

Playing as another gangmember and see arthur in the camp as free roam character

I don't think it'll be working, seeing as Arthur doesn't have any audio for answering a call, unless you wanna see Arthur's model on any camp character, i doubt it'll work.

Also a 1851 Navy, if it's not one of the new weapons.

His whole face looks different in this picture, like if rockstar took his NPC model and used it here.

I’m not sure it would be even classified as a mod but it would be great if someone to figure out a way to transfer my Xbox One SP saves to PC.

Any type of native all-in-one trainer to mess around, including cheats (infinite money, ammo, god mode, no gravity, etc.), teleport to various places (including cutscene interior, out of bound maps, etc.), horse/animal/bodyguard spawn and character modifier (to play as numerous different characters), airbreak etc. I’ve been having native trainers for years with GTA 4 and all its DLC, same for GTA 5, and they’re the main source of replayability for me. I probably have easily an extra 20 hours just for messing around with it.

Hopefully it’ll come fast.

Well, it depends on how the files are locked. It could take a month or so just to access the files, and then another month or so to map all the functions.

It took 2-3 months just for the first GTAV mods to start coming out.

Can a mod for skipping looting animations (optional) be possible ? Or adding the famous "pushing NPCs" action  from red dead redemption 1 ?

I’m in no rush, it’ll give me plenty of time to finish the game normally and get used to online mode. Beside, in worst case scenarios, cheat engine tables usually appear quite fast and offer the minimum (god mode etc). I fully expect extensive mods to appear later anyway.

Plus, it certainly helps that RDR2 is based off of GTA V's engine, so I imagine that porting things like the Simple Native Trainer and Scripthook wouldn't be too difficult.

They would need to find all the hooks first. Though I'm not entirely sure what that requires.

Slower, more realistic gun reloading. I want to be able to make fights more tactical.

Not saying this should be a priority to make, but imagine a situation where you are outnumbered and you have to choose who to shoot. I am not sure if in RDR2 you can cancel reload mid way, leaving only few loaded bullets, but imagine slow reloading and having to take time in cover and pick if to reload in full or to load only 1-2 bullets for quicker take down.

This. A mod that makes reloading slower + makes it so every reload button press reloads only one bullet. This combined with a mod that makes enemies hit you harder and faster core drain would make this a dream game for me.

Just a tiny thing that would make smoking cigs n other stuff much better.

You can actually enjoy a cigarette or cigar by smoking it way longer. Now you just take on hit and throw it away.

And if youre done smoking it needs an animation where he throws it on the ground and puts it out with his foot. Also maybe where he just flicks it away. Would be cool

According to Wikipedia GTA V was released for Windows on April 14 2015. According to gta5-mods.com sjaak327's Simple Trainer was first uploaded on May 26. The Native Trainer was first uploaded on April 23. So with any luck we might see first decent trainer within a month, I believe. Then again, we might not. I would also like to add that I know next to nothing about modding, so taking my word for anything related to that would be extremely reckless to say the least ;)

Scripthook is easily, relatively speaking, it's inserting code. OpenIV is what took a while to figure out the files.

I'd like to see more interaction with the lasso- tying it to a rock and lowering yourself down cliffs with it, or being able to tie people to trees with it.

I guess this isn't technically a mod, but I would like to see a save editor.
