Not received my 6.6 mill bonus for megalodon card purchase

I was prompted with the message “purchase a megalodon shark card by August 10th and receive 6.6 million bonus gta$ within 72 hours”

 

that was on august 5th. I have yet to receive this bonus and I’m feeling a bit scammed at this point. I made this purchase solely based on this bonus. I have screenshots of this”special deal just for you” come on ad plus my Microsoft receipt showing the time, date, and amount purchased. If I don’t receive this bonus I’m filling a charge back based on false advertising, and product not received. You guys can work that out with Microsoft while I’m getting my refund.
