After linked two accounts in social club now game say activation code already in use what to do ?

I had my own regular account in steam I used to play the gta 5.

I created a new account in steam and asked from my other one the original a request to access and play the game.

I just gave it access and then when running the game now from steam when it's running the social club first time it asked me to merge/link the two accounts the original one + the new one.

I did ok and now in the next screen I'm getting the error in red saying the activation code is already in use.

 

When I click on the CHECK button then it's giving the error in red.

Chocolade1972 is my original account. And is the screen after the linked of the two accounts.
