in OpenIV to replace a picture does not always work for all files in GTAV ? [ SOLVED]

Hey guys, I have used OpenIV successfully to change pictures from several billboards in GTAV. All good !

Now I found this file here in Menyoo  :

sr_mp_spec_races_ron_sign

and very strange , this file would not let me replace the picture in the billboard when using OpenIV. 

please try it for yourself and tell me that you can replace it fine , so that means it is just me. 

 but all other files do work fine here. 

I start to believe that not every billboard picture  in GTAV can be replaced. even when you are replacing in the correct way.

OpenIV confirmed it is replaced and saved , but the previous old picture keeps showing up when testing . 

I hope there is anyone with an answer for this,  hope to hear soon , and thanks, 

 

EDIT : 

 this case is closed and solved successfully.

 I had a message from OpenIV.

all I had to do is to edit the file in OpenFormat .

 Done !
