How can i change the Oceanic in front of Ocean View hotel into a sentinel?

I would like to change the Oceanic that spawns in front of Ocean View hotel into a sentinel (or a washington). How do i do that?

Decompile main.scm with sanny builder, find where the car generators are defined in the main script, and change it to sentinel.
