Crew Color not working.

I've been playing Gta online and wanted to change my crew color. I found a color I like which is #481e72. And I've done the glitch on the social club to make it my crew color. But when I go into game, it's a completely different color. The color I'm trying to achieve is Plum Crazy Purple, but in game it turns out as a bright almost pinkish purple. Can somebody help?

That's not my problem though. I can enter the Hex perfectly fine and save it as my crew color perfectly fine. The problem is that when I go into game, the crew color isn't the color I set it to. Also, the link you sent to the workaround with the java script doesn't work. I tried following their instructions and all that happened was that my crew page was replaced by the search results for the java script.

It's been a while since I played with this, but iirc I had to add 'ab' or '00' or something to the start of the hex?

 

The javascript, try a different browser, or double check what you did.
