Today at morning time when i join to online session i got some message about that and got some 250K award.What is this? And what does mean being of dedicated gta online player?

It's just Rockstar's way of trying to encourage you to keep playing GTA Online.

 

The messages often vary; in the past, it's been (in no particular order):

 

* "Reward for End of Summer Celebration"

* "Congratulations! Your $425,000 tax refund for playing GTA Online"

* "Loyalty Bonus Awarded, $250k Stimulus Bonus and 10% Rebate Program"

* "2018 San Andreas State Tax Refund and 10% Rebate $250,000"

...etc.

Seems like they are making us happy by giving an award.  I like it

I also got it today, but the newswire said it it would be delivered on the 11th...

^^ In that case, you could contact R* Support and tell them you're not happy that you got your reward too early...

 

...but you might end up with a money wipe or find yourself spawning into a Bad Sport session. lol
