I think I got booted Offline PLEASE HELP

So i am pretty sure I just got booted offline. My internet router works perfectly fine obviously because I am on it right now, but I think someone got hold of my PS4  IP Address and it is causing a terrible issue, I keep trying to Join GTA Online and the second I get in a lobby it says "There has been an error joining a session, Return to Grant Theft Auto V" Ive tried joing GTA Online at least 10 times and it still isn't working, any suggestions?
