Today I go to the casinos.

 

Nothing is work! It is not letting me a play! Gane.

 

Every one like a slot machine and a horse. Race.

I'm not accusing you of cheating but you haven't done any recent casino glitches or exploits have you? Even if Gambling in GTAOnline is not prohibited in your region you can still be prohibited from participating in casino games if you've exploited the games and the casino anti-cheat system has detected unusual or suspicious patterns in your activity. I think it only applies to Inside track betting (Horse racing) but I wouldn't be suprised if Rockstar at the same time took the opportunity to apply it to Blackjack and roulette for example. 

 

You can have 50000 chips and the game would tell you you'd need more or to come back later. 

 

Alternatively there might be a cool-down in place but I doubt it, If there was I'm sure others would've posted about the same problem by now. The only known cooldown with the Casino is in regards to buying chips and I think it's 50K chips per hour (real life) but even then it shouldn't affect your ability to play casino games. 

 

I'm asking these questions so I and other members could possibly narrow down what the cause of you not being able to participate in the Diamond Casino Resort games might be.

I was playing the horse race a lot! I win about 2 millions from it.

 

I dont know how to cheat! I just bet for the good odds. A.... 3/1 and like a 4/1 maybe 5/1.

 

Does anyone else have this problems?

I don't touch horse racing often in GTAOnline since I've never had good luck with it and spend my time on other casino games I'm likely to get a better win from so I can't be much help and every situation has an answer behind it that's not clearly known yet. 

 

automated systems aren't perfect but I wonder if it's falsely tagged you as exploiting or cheating. Maybe you've bet too frequently on it(? and that's only a wild speculation and guess), maybe you've done something too fast and it's flagged you as a cheater or exploiter and has barred you temporary from gambling. 

 

Honestly there's only two reasons why you wouldn't be able to gamble

 

It's banned in your Country, State or Region 

Or

You've been flagged for exploiting and cheating. The game won't clearly tell you this as you've seen... just telling you to "come back later", later being an unknown period of time.

 

Sadly we're just going on guessing what might be the problem here why you can't participate In Casino games anymore (if you were able too in the past with no problem) We can get others to chip in who might've had similar experiences but best you can do is get in touch with Rockstar support and ask them what's going on but ugh... I wish you luck on that as their probably not going to be upfront and you'll 95% likely get an automated response. If Rockstar is no help maybe try not touching the Casino for a day or two of real time (48 hours) and see if that allows you to gamble again. I doubt your permanently barred but who knows.

This is a thing that has to have been mentioned at the very least several times now on these very forums, if you bet on horseys to fast (not even using scripts or anything) you get blocked out for x period, first time it happens you can just switch session to get rid of it, after that it seems to be time based and increasing duration every time you get it.

BUT, if that happens you only get an off-track-betting block and the topic starter says he has more blocks, so my best guesses are:
- Canada is now included in the list of blacklisted countries.
- He did cheat and is trying to play dumb

Canada isn't blocked, or at least not all of it anyway.

I have a few friends that live in Canada and can gamble in the Casino.

2mil from the horses? I bet he abused the win max glitch there. Some friends report, that they're banned from gambling after running ithe glitch with macros overnight and atm noone knows how long the penalty is they received. Chip / money wipe may the next step.

That is what it sounds like too, I think its a 7 day ban.

LMAO Canada isn't blocked... we have less strict rules than the USA when it comes to gambling, you guys can't even host online gambling sites.  If dude won 2 million by betting on the low odd horses, he was either using the max bet glitch or used a script, either way, he cheated and is now blocked.

if that was the case then it would say that op needs more chips to play and not "this feature is not available".

That could be restricted in your country well I think R* restricted gambling in 50 countries so you can't use them so as I
