Permanently Banned

Hey, On 3rd of August at late night I was playing GTA ONLINE and to bring some snacks I went AFK. But it took time to me to come back like 20 mins. Meanwhile I don't know what happened. When I came back I saw usual message of me bring kicked out of lobby. I tried to join new session but it was heavily raining so I was unable to join because of bad connection. Next morning when I joined I saw that I'm permanently banned for I don't know what. I checked my social club profile and I shocked. I don't know who added literally 700mil and increased my level from 253 to 436. I haven't done anything wrong & still got banned. Is there anyway of getting my character back?

Well, a few things. 

1) You don't go AFK on PC like that, either quit the session or only AFK when you know you're not going to be messed with.
 

2) There's no method of someone adding all that money in the time you stated. Even if you were receiving $40,000 cash bags every second, without transaction errors (doubt), it'd take over 291 minutes (almost 5 hours) to receive 700 million.
 

3) There's no mention anywhere on the internet of there being any money method that can be given to other players in this short time, so you're the first. Hardly believeable at all. 
 

4) If you're now permanently banned, that means the account was suspended previously - didn't you learn from before? The only accounts that go straight to a permanent ban are the ones that Rockstar will do manually themselves from what I know, and that's uncommon (because you'd have to be really naughty or on their sh*tlist for that to happen). 

 

5) You posted on another forum that you were banned after adding modded money. Proof below

Try to choose connectivity, then at the bottom choose to speak to someone live. If they cant help you they will direct your ticket to where it needs to go.

 I'm guessing this was PC? I doubt it, unless you have some proof of what happened (as in video of you sitting there for 10 minutes, might show your rank randomly going up or something? I've hear of people getting perma-banned for nothing on PC (just a false positive from their cheating system). But now there is that rank and money increase as evidence, it's gonna be hard to say you didn't know, was innocent without some kind of proof to say otherwise. 

 

If I played on PC, i would never leave my character AFK in an open lobby with random players, the modders and hackers on that platform.

Your biggest mistake playing on PC. There is absolutely no online security for the platform. Play on a console where GTA started. You'll be better off that way and you won't have to worry about "getting banned".
