If those two are must have experience for you, than better go for PC. Doubt graphics will be the game changing moment, usually a cosmetic one. Tips the scales in favor of PS5, not to forget the fact that it's easier to transport if I ever move houses. On top of it, my laptop (Lenovo Legion Y540) does everything I expect on it and saves the trouble of building a PC. So, there you go.
