You can kill 20 cops, look away for a second, and 30 more spawned in the same place. It's a great way to give your minigun or Spaz 12 a workout though. I didn't have any problem surviving.. plenty of places to top up... all the food courts, the health by the entrance and body armour at ammu-nation.
