Create your own pedestrian(s)

Since there's topics to create vehicles, radio stations, TV show, etc... Why not creating pedestrians? First of all, it's not related with modding and also you may think peds are less-important in GTA but I believe doing something like that is a source of creativity... It's the same basis of "Create your own" topics:
